I think this could be an awesome baseball blog, app etc... What do you guys think? Please give appraisal thoughts.

Yes, it could make a great baseball blog...
But unless you develop it and actually make it into a great baseball blog I don't see any value in the domain name itself.

The domain on its own I'd value at under $xxx. It's better to buy a legitimate 2-3 even 4 word .com name :imho:

Development would definitely be a good option.

I like these type of names with .com extension.

I can see potential buyers even without development (they would want to develop something theirselves).

Appraisal is very hard for these names. Anywhere between low xx to x.xxx is possible. Depends on how lucky and how patient you are.
