Appraisals please.
I plan to develop them. Which one has better value?

They both seem a little awkward to me with the 's' on Bay Area.

Of the two I like BayAreasHomes.com best. That would be better for a real estate related dev project. BayAreasHome.com could be a more general purpose domain, like a home page for the Bay Area. ("Bay Area's Home")

Minimal reseller value. I would not spend registration/renewal fee on them myself, even being from the Bay Area.

If marketing to an end user who likes them, maybe $50-100.
