.mobi Basking in the glow of .mobi?

Seems there is a bit of ribbing the .mobi naysayers going on lately. We're not out of the woods yet, but it does fill like .mobi is a snowball rolling down hill doesn't it? I just hope that snowball doesn't hit a tree :lol:

It sure does make winter go by quicker. I think your concerns are not warranted though, as it seems to me that .mobi has arrived. I have been waiting for the big corporations to come on board as I know that is the only way to get it mainstream.

Now with corporations such as State Farm insurance, Bank of America and many others starting .mobi sites most others will follow. With their success investing in .mobi and bringing that to end users awareness we will see much interest. It can be can safely said that .mobi is not going way.

So much has happend and in such a little amount of time for the .mobi. I know for myself .mobi is a diamond in the rough. But it is a diamond.

i have to believe that these big corporate guys are coming onboard very quickly when you consider how young this domain is

i think it shows that the corporate guys have wanted to get in the mobile space and that they are betting mobi is the way to go

it's worth noting that the big corps would certainly have had the money to do some coding to get dot com's on mobiles much as the europeans have done but haven't done so, i am guessing because they just weren't seeing action in the mobile space in the us

samsung, google, nokia et al haven't put this together as a hobby, they have done it because of pure frustration with the complexity of getting the internet on a mobile phone

i think mobi is going to really continue to pick up steam, this will really be the worldwide tld (i hope anyway%%- )
