What differences in bargaining styles / norms seem to be true for various cultures?
For example, is the Western (I'm in the USA) norm. If I offer X, then I'm probably not going to go higher than 2X. This would be for domain types that don't have floor prices.
Now in my slim experience, Chinese buyers seem to have a upside ratio about half that, ie 1.5X.
What have others experienced?
