I'm looking to sell ad banners for my recently re-branded herochat.com website. As the name suggests, it is a comic-based community currently undergoing massive changes. While the site (in my opinion) is in an ugly state at the moment, I'm looking to line up ad sales for next month or so when I roll out a new redesign.
Stats for the site are currently pretty moderate. Daily impressions hover around 25k, with slimstat showing daily visitors at 1300-1400. Monthly impressions hover around 750k, and have for the better part of the year.
Recently, the stats dipped due to a bad shared hosting situation. The server was constantly issuing timeouts and basically indicating overload, so earlier this week I set it up on a dedicated host where it is much happier. Visible stats are available at herochat.com/stats, but they are only for the past couple days due to the aforementioned situation. I can assure you that they are typical of the norm, and yearly averages show that traffic tends to rise as school starts, so they might experience a slight bump in traffic over the next month or so, but nothing dramatic.
Looking to sell ad banners at approximately $30 per month, with 5 in rotation at a given time. Breaking that down, it equates to effectively 150k impressions at a CPM of about 20 cents, which I think is definitely fair.
Not currently selling text links, as the server move brought on a domain name change, so current pagerank is zero until the next update. HeroChat used to be superherochat, which has been around and active since 2001, has many backlinks, and ordinarily has a pagerank of either 3 or 4, depending on where and which datacenter you look.
