Banner size?/Something missing?

Hey guys. I am in need of some suggestions from those of you who have some. The banner on my site www.Cherrey.com is great. I like it, but it is missing something... If any of you have some suggestions, I would be ever so greatful.

My second question is... The current banner is 800px wide. I would like it to extend across the entire screen of anyones pc but everyone uses different resolutions. Is there a way to detect what resolution a visitor is using and have the banner match that resolution?? Thanks!

The actual banner doesn't have the color like the rest of the forum. You need to add some red into it other than the cars maybe. Test and look and see if you like it.
