Banner Maker Pro: Any Good?

I am looking around for a banner making program and I found Banner Maker Pro. Has any one used this program and is it good enough for making banners for resale?

Of any other suggestions on banner making programs.

I recall it being one of the worst design programs. That was about four years ago, but it seems not much has changed (I took a quick glance over their screenshots). If you can afford some money, but not enough for Photoshop, try PhotoImpact. I would go with Photoshop though.

PhotoShop/ImageReady is the best choice for non-Flash, IMO.
