Illustrator window size

Whenever I open the print or open window screen in Illustrator CS I can't see the whole window.

It might be the screen resolution but I'd prefer to keep it at 800x600.

Here's a screenshot.

Any help would be appreciated.

if your wanting to change that, click the "Custom Scale" then you should be able to change it
