I will be developing this domain as well since I got an incredible web hosting deal with it. Would like to hear everyone's 0.02 cents on the domain. I believe there is obvious value to the domain and as competition grows between privately held banks within the country, eventually one of them will have the ambition and resources to market themselves as the bank of Bolivia( Banco de Bolivia) much like other countries in South America, ex. http://www.BancoChile.com/. The central bank has its own website but that is not uncommon whatsoever.
