Baja California is a beautiful place and just as you listed there are many events that are related to that name. I'm not sure how to appraise .biz extension but it looks like that you have a very solid domain name. Keep in mind that CVCV.com are going for more than $1xxx. Try to counter offer the buyer but don't scare them off. Oh yeah, is the buyer an end-user or a reseller? Find more info. Also, how much did you payed for the name initially?

Can't tell who buyer is, although the initial offer is a decent start. IdahoFalls.biz sold for $2,050 in May 2007; that's the nearest comparable I can find. Anyone else?

If .biz (which is rising in value as of late) is only worth 1%
of the com... then $950 would be the minimum.
But my guess would be considerably higher.

Excellent point Cyberian! I wonder if there's any special formulat for estimating what the .biz is worth percentage-wise compared to the .com. 1% to 2% sounds a bit low, no?

The bidder raised his bid to $500. If It doesn't work out, is this Rick guy at Digipawn well known? Perhaps he might be interested.
