Posting this a a warning for others to try and get out as fast as you can.
A couple of years ago I started using badger.com as a registrar for some domains. I liked the speed and simplicity of their control panel, and support was fast and friendly.
However, I have not received a reply to several tech support queries in two weeks now, and the phone goes to an answer-only automated message. Their social media sites also haven't been updated in at least a year.
Worse yet, the control panel hangs when trying to unlock domains for transfer.
I will be opening a case with ICANN in order to get the domains unlocked so that I can transfer them elsewhere.
I also just looked up Badger Inc. on the California Secretary of State website, and while the corporation is active, the agent for service of process resigned in June of this year.
