I have the Domain BadCommunity.com, The name is Pretty Good and you can say that its Unforgettable. It can be used for Forums or related sites.

the domain alone is worth reg fee

but there are some positives. two-words, memorable, potentially brandable.. any domain, regardless of what it is, has potential to be worth anything when it's developed

you have the dot com version which is a good thing, but the disadvantage is that term doesn't enjoy being a popular keyword search term
