I get inquiries like this all the time, it is hard to read, does not make any sense. I think I understand what it was really trying to say:

Hello:

Will your domain name: .com

Whether it can be transferred, if you have trouble telling the specific price,
Do you have a list of domain names? I want to buy a lot of domain names.

Thank you, please understand if you are disturbed.

Here are my thoughts:

"Hello" sounds too robotic, should probably use "hi" to make it more friendly.
"Transfer" makes it sound like the buyer wanted the domain name for free, but it's probably not the case.
I don't think we have "trouble telling the specific price", it is likely "if you don't have a specific price in mind".
Instead of "I want to buy a lot of domain names", maybe it should be "I have budget for..." or "I'm in the market for..."

So I'm suggesting the email be:

Hi,

Is your domain name ".com" for sale?

If it is for sale, can you tell me what price you are looking for?
Do you have a list of domain names you own? I'm in the market to buy many domain names.

Thank you for your time.

Do you have a list of domain names you own
This phrase alone is a red flag. Is the writer interested in 1 domain, or all domains, or... ? I think I got something similar once. Responded with a template sending him to a marketplace where the domain was listed. Never heard anything back.
