Hello Ronald,
It has come to our attention that invalid clicks have been generated
on the ads on your web pages. We have therefore disabled your Google
AdSense account. Please understand that this step was taken in an
effort to protect the interest of the AdWords advertisers.
A publisher's site may not have invalid clicks on any ad(s), including
but not limited to clicks generated by a publisher on his own web
pages, clicks generated through the use of robots, automated clicking
tools, or any other deceptive software.
Practices such as these are in violation of the Google AdSense Terms
and Conditions and program polices, which can be viewed at:

Sincerely,
The Google Team

Dear Sir or Madam,
We do not understand what the issue is described below. We also do not
appreciate being terminated with hardly any notice. We have done our part
to promote the use of our seasonal website for Halloween and your Google
Search bar to family and friends and co-workers and advertised the site on
many levels. We also have a variety of new users logged at our site. We
feel that whatever revenue and clicks were generated during the time
AdSense
has used our services have been fair and legitimate. Apparently this
website
has had some success in a short amount of time for getting traffic for
ourselves as well your company's advertisers. We do not see how we are in
violation of any of your Terms and Conditions. Some of our associates may
have used the search bar on their own a few times to look up things up
that
needed to be researched. I personally clicked on a Google Ad that
mentioned
a new kind of Pumpkin carving kit. I'd hardly call these few clicks
"abuse."
As far as our records go, your company still owes us in excess of $*****
for
the month of October and just over $**** for the month of November for us
signing up for the AdSense program. We expect full payment to be posted
to
our company as your present terms dictate.
I personally find it appalling that your company is now conveniently going
to "re-nig" on this agreement when a website has a little success. The
Pumpkihunt.com website where your Ads and Search Bar were placed had well
over 2000 unique visitors and close to 1 million hits during the month of
October alone. We even endured the expense of over $**** in advertising
our site with Google AdWords. The website has slowed now because we have gone
out of season.
After trying to contact your main offices in California and getting no
live
customer help, I'm now questioning any further relationship with your
company. I'd appreciate a phone call back so that we can clear up any
misunderstandings and more importantly move forward on a positive note.
Sincerely,
Ronald Davenport, Owner

Hello Ronald,
Thank you for your email regarding the status of your account.
Our goal is to give all of the AdSense web publishers the support they
need. At this time, we are best able to respond to our publishers' needs
by email.
By disabling your account, we feel that we have taken the necessary
measures to ensure that invalid clicks will not continue to occur on your
site.
We understand that you wish to receive specific information regarding the
invalid clicks we have observed. Due to the proprietary nature of our
monitoring system, we cannot disclose any specific details of these
clicks. We would like to reassure you, however, that we have thoroughly
re-reviewed your account data upon receipt of your response and have
reconfirmed that invalid clicks were generated on the ads on your site.
According to our policy on this matter, we have disabled your account in
order to protect our advertisers.
As outlined in our program Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right
to terminate any publisher's participation at any time.
Sincerely,
The Google Team

Dear Google Team,
Thank you for the Political Statement and form letter response.
You did not answer my question regarding payment and specific reasons that
you felt it was justified to disable my account.
I need specific reasons here. My company's website did what it was
supposed
to do. I don't know how we got invalid clicks from my site. I need a more
direct answer in this matter.
Would you like to try again? I would prefer speaking to a live
individual
as opposed to an e-mail.
Sincerely,
Ron Davenport, Owner
