Bad experience catchedcom

I made the backorder on caughted.com, I was the only one, and today cactched.com hunts it but catches it in auction automatically, when only I was the only one to put it in backorder, I was excited to have caught my first domain on caughted.com and He comes out with dirty things, it's just my experience, I don't advise it.

I am the only bidder, they ignore me, they just want to PROFIT in a bad way, they are supposed to hand it to me, what are they waiting for?

It seems they caught a domain I was stalking. Will it be auctioned? Did message the rep here.. no email on their website other than pointless live chat. Anyone still use these guys? Emailed edomains also..

Yes that is really bad if it happened. They should take an action, I think not a bad platform it can be a glitch. Best of luck they should respond positively.
