1. word domains
bad economy, cold market, and unknown future, all domain price will go down, and common .com and good .net will lose worth.

2. traffic domains
band economy, decreasing AD budget, the Sedos will cut down the price for evey click, common traffic domains will lose worth.

What is your opinion?

I think you should look at this in a more positive light. This is where people become rich when the economy is at its weakest. You snatch up the good deals and hold on to them until the tide blows over.

positivity gets us far, so we need to believe!

Depends on your circumstanes.

In a recession (I think it's fair to say we're in one, even with the absense of any 'official' data), values of most goods and assets fall (as demand falls)

In growth times, values of most goods and assets fall.

Hence if you can buy cheap goods/assets in a recession, then their value should usually rise (above what you paid) when the economy starts going again.

However this all depends on whether you have spare money or not. If your living standards are falling and you're finding you have less and less money, then going out and spending lots clearly won't be good.

Although if you have some money spare, there's definitely money to be made in a recession.

Just consider that the economy may have a positive impact on domaining in the long term because it will bring in new investors that are looking for new avenues to invest in.
