Back link?

Ok so call me stupid. How do you find out if a domain has back links. I can see how to find out what the page rank is. I got that one. Any other suggestions on how to research Domains I have tryed sedo and not been able to find a lot of info mabey I am just looking in the wrong place.

There are many tools to check backlinks.
One of them is here:
http://www.marketleap.com/publinkpop/default.htm

or major search engines support command "link:"
link:example.com
