We got back from Tunica this afternoon...
I took $200 with me to gamble with.. we left Sunday and by Monday I had $340.. by Tuesday afternoon, I had $635... by Tuesday evening, I had $100.. early Wednesday morning I was up to $175... and finally broke by Wednesday night. I played 50 cent and $1 slots almost exclusively.
My biggest single wins that I recall were $250 on a 50 cent slot, $100 on a $1 slot, 2 $80 wins on a 50 cent slot and numerous smaller ones. I built $20 into $140 at one point $10 - $20 at a time on $1 slots. I lost $200 in 20 mins playing the $5 slots...
We had a great time, visiting the 9 casinos in Tunica and the casino in Lula, MS 35 miles away.. we boarded the dog there in Tunica and had all our food and rooms comped for the 4 days, plus got some free gifts for points (t-shirts, cooler bag, keychains, leather fanny pack)..
My girlfriend took a similar amount of money, had one $200 win on a nickel machine, $125 on another machine, and many smaller wins.
It would have been nice to come home with the $635, but the way I figure it, the money belongs to the casino until you walk out the door with it.. I figure I went with $200, spent 4 days in a great hotel and ate lots of expensive buffet dinners for the $200...
