Hi,
I got this domain and just got a $1800 offer for it.
Should I take it?
A website too is developed on it, a friend of mine tried to develop it...but as you can see that was a poor attempt.
I sort of need cash urgently to buy some other domains and want to sell this asap.

Yes, my opinion NET is better than CO. Look at how low the other ccTLDs are - all in the low hundreds. Plus really 2011 and later are quite outdated

Plus boobs/net happened at NamesCon Las Vegas so the bidding may have gone a little higher in a live party atmosphere.
