there was a domain hack for this already regged schoo.li, but still thought why not give a shot for this little one

Please appraise, the worth of this. I am planning it to keep in some parking place and see the number of hits. I would not keep it too long if its really doesn't fetch much traffic

I like .li extension as many Long Island companies use them. YellowPages.li is one of the most famous one. Although the problem is that most schools and educational institutes use .edu or .gov.

The silver lining is that there have been some sales like:

School.me - $3600
School.ski - $2288
School.pro - $1334

Since .li is not a geotargeted tld, I'd value it around high $XXX for end users and $XX for resellers. If you receive a high 3 figures or a 4 figure offer, I'd suggest you take it and run like the wind.

PS: I own F/L/O/W/E/R/S.li and I receive good amount of traffic but the inbound offers are usually lowballs.

The previous comment is totally nuts ,whose to say they have a lot or no value ,why is .io worth more than .LI ,I got offered and turned down $200 for rings.Li ,I would say school.li would be very wanted by any school in long island ,you have major orgs and companies still using stupid long emails that no one can remember,so I say this domain is worth 300-600+ bucks ,and if your patient you will never sell it ,start emailing vocational schools,colleges trade schools and so on in long island,contact the person listed on the whois. With schools ,this is usually the right person to speak to ,or he sits next to the right guy, Good luck Ben
