.tv awful.tv A good reg or a waste?

Just regged awful.tv a few days ago. I would like to hear anyone's thoughts on it, development ideas, etc. This was my first .tv regged. Did I just waste $30 on it? Would love to hear your thoughts on it.

Well if you personally plan to develop it into some sort of site about awful things on TV,then it's a perfect domain.But as far as reselling it at a premium price,I think the chances are very slim.Someone who was planning to build such a site could easily register equally good or better alternatives for reg fee. e.g. awfultv.com (AVAILABLE)

You had better register awfultv.com immediately IMO,because if you ever do develop or sell awful.tv,then awfultv.com will be getting all of it's typo traffic.

Would be a great name to develop a site about bad tv programs. I agree with dillpup, you should also reg awfultv.com if you are planning to develop a site, it would gain you the typo traffic as he pointed out. I also believe that the 2 names together would raise the value of them.

Wow, that's kind of a spooky thought - that every dot tv name ever bought should also need the additional purchase of its mirror "typo" dot com ("nametv.com") version.

A practice like that would be getting into one heck of a lot of dough to be spent by everyone!
