Established Autoresponder Service site for sale - PR 4

I have a very small autoresponder service at http://www.sendinfo.net. A handful of paid customers and many free customers. About 200 accounts in all. Low traffic, but some decent potential, especially with a built in PR 4. The site has been online since 98. With a little bit of promotion of the site along with updating it, it would be easy to turn this into a very nice money maker. Seeing the pricing set there will give you an idea.

Everything will be sold on an as-is basis conditional that autoresponder services will continue to be provided for the customers that are using it for at least 6 months. The site is hosted with a company that provides support on the software - so it's a matter of changing ownership of the domain and hosting information and letting customers know. Hosting for the site and software license is 39.95/month.

There is an upgrade to the software available (I think install and conversion is 50-75$) so that it would be converted to double opt-in. Of course, moving it to a different platform is another option as well. Please note: the sale will involve turning everything over to you - you'd have to handle any conversions if you want to change platforms.

Just to clarify a few q's I've gotten:

* The site IS profitable on it's own.
* Annual revenue right now for just the paid clients remaining is approx $800 and all clients have been using the service for 3 or more years (i.e. they are not likely to go anywhere). You can also sell advertising on the free autoresponders (which we haven't been doing). Around 1.5 million deliveries this year, so annualized at $1CPM, it would be around $3k ad potential.
* All except one customer use Paypal for payment. Payments are spilt between quarterly, annual, every 2 months and twice per year.
* The 39.95 includes hosting as well as the backend. However, you can move the service in-house.

Right now, best offer is $250 and won't let it go at that. (Current profit per year is higher). Pls pm any further q's or offers.
