I was hoping to develop a site to sell used BMW's, as an example, something like BMWsforsale.com for instance. If the site is a fan site / classified site for used BMW's and I am looking to profit simply by the traffic the site may get having different ads for BMW accessories, what problems may I encounter? If I am not using it in bad faith, but as a means to promote the image of the vehicle and bring together buyers and sellers - would it be likely for BMW to sue for the name and damages?

I have seen several fan sites similar to this that use ads for profit and I have tried to sift throught all applicable laws, but its tough for me to discern the likelyhood of getting sued.
