Any thoughts on its value, or should it be developed. ??

There's a good amount of searches a month for this. Are there companies helping people get these? If not, it could of course be made into a informational site that could be monetized somehow. Or you could try selling it to the Australian government

Hmmm decent domain name.... search volumes are 1K-10K per month and cost per of about $1 ...so if you monetized the site with adsense chances earnings won't be that great...

However if you could negotiate a paid lead program with one of the companies that provide this service then you could increase the earnings considerably

Off course u would need to invest time and money on developing and ranking this..... I'm not sure if this niche is worth investing in from an affiliate market perspective... The domain would probably be in better hands with an end user that actually does this service....
