Easton Corp Pvt Ltd, an Australian company that sells swimwear and lingerie on Hottie.com.au, has been found guilty of reverse domain name hijacking over the domain name Hottie.com. The company tried to acquire the name by resorting to ‘bad faith clause’ though the name Hottie.com was registered prior to the registration of Hottie.com.au.
