Auctions on Sedo - Reserve or No Reserve

have a pretty good domain name and wanted to know for those of you who have experience with selling domains via auction on sedo, if it's better to list with reserve or without reserve?

Hardly any domains selling on Sedo auctions for decent prices at the moment unless they have been sent to auction with a bid and most of those are low prices.

No reserve and chances are you are on a loser.
