I'm putting the following website up for auction:
www.templateden.com
It's a free templates site and it's about a year old. I never got round to developing it further and with my schedule, I probably never will. No promotion has been done (other than my sig)
Ok, the important stuff:
-Stats:
Site gets an average of 33.65 unique visitors per day (as seen in the stats below)

Site has PageRank 3
-Income
Not much, but id does pay for itself, plus a little extra. It makes around $7-$10/month via adsense.
Recently I've set up affiliate banners for hostgator.com
Haven't had any sales, but I do get steady clicks, and if I get a sale, the comission is $50.
the potential is there, the site just needs some attention
As I said, this is an auction, so:
Starting bid: $65
Increments: minimum $5
BIN: $125
No reserve
Payment - Ikobo preffered, I don't use paypal.
Other payment methods: Western Union or MoneyGram (can be sent online), Amazon GC (multiply by 1.1)
Auction starts at the moment of the first bid, ends in exactly 6 days, no more, no less.
