I am thinking of developing this site in the future and was contemplating creating an event information guide for the UK. For example at the movies, at the theatre, etc.

I can produce very basic websites, but feel that this is going to need an experienced designer who can deal with complex code.

Firstly, what do you think of the concept? Secondly, what sort of budget do you think I will need to develop the site?
