Are people here interested in that though? Forming a group to get a better bulk discount for .ca DNs?
Everyone could put in whatever percentage they want, and they'd get the equivalent percentage of domain registrations.

How much of a discount are you looking at? You'll probably attract more people if you let them know how much of a discount you'll be expecting.

I mean how much can the bulk purchase beat domainsatcost.ca by?

well, for starters, given 10dollar.ca beats domainsatcost.ca at retail prices by about two bucks, and 10dollar is making a profit, I'd imagine you could get the DNs below 9 or even below 8 bucks.
