About ILance
ILance has been developing software solutions since 2002 and we are just around the corner from the release of our ILance Enterprise auction software (version 3). As early release candidate versions of the software is currently in circulation, we recently launched ilance.org (sister site to ilance.ca) which focuses on custom development, tutorials, programming and we have a paid request marketplace which is starting to pick up with many jobs available right now. How do I get paid?
We are paying all designers and developers for just accepting leads. To accept a lead, find a project you are interested in doing and click "Accept Lead" from detail page. It's simple, you get paid just for helping our members (not to mention the rate you will work for with them!)
Can I See an Example Job?
Our main goal for the developer exchange is to promote our own product and help existing clients with customizing their business model around our software. Here is a classic example of a job worth $5000 just for a few tasks.
How do I accept a lead on this site?
ILance customized our marketplace with a unique method of "accepting work" by a single click. For example, you can see various tasks for hire right now, when one fits your expertise you may click the "project" and then you will see a button called "Accept Lead". Keep in mind, in order to accept new leads you must first be a registered developer exchange member; which is absolutely free of charge.
There is no tricks, no affiliate gain, no scams, no nothing! I am the Founder of ILance, have been building software for years and it's time to get the developer exchange going. Our customers continue to post new jobs and we need the development power to balance the flow.
PS - If you are signing up from NP, please take a few seconds to post a small introduction of yourself before you accept leads. This will allow our existing founding members (members that have been with us for YEARS) understand your talent a little more, etc. I'm sure everyone understands
