Made a Chrome extension (also available for every Chromium-based browser: Edge, Opera, Vivaldi etc.) to monitor updates in the Views column of the Atom domain dashboard.
Link to get the extension in the Chrome Web Store:
https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/atom-views-tracker/llmhfmommcoaikbbhjbmndccmdboceeo
How to use:
– Enable the "Views" column in your domains dashboard (expand the "Domain Stats" column group).
– Browse through all pages with your domains, the extension can only save/update the data for domains visible on the current page. Give it a couple of seconds to process each page. A little longer if your device is slow and/or the 500-domains-per-page setting is being used.
– Visit again later to see the difference, if any.
Obviously you won't see any output on the very first day. Have to wait for 24 hours between the initial scan and the first update; thats when the differences appear.
It outputs the difference right into the table:
Also you can pin it to your browser toolbar and see the summary in the popup:
The logs in the popup window are retained for 1 hour, so you can visit all pages with your domains without having to search for those "+" numbers in the table and just review all the new stats afterwards.
The extension updates its saved data for each domain no less than 24 hours since the latest save point for that domain. If there is a visit in less than 24 hours and there is a difference, it will be displayed, however the next reference point will update only on a visit after the 24 hour period ends.
To avoid confusion in stats output, browse through all pages of the domain dashboard regularly so that all domains get their saved stats updated around the same time.
All data is being stored locally within your browser.
