ASP Problems

I have a client who's form isn't working, we set it up for him so when the details are entered into the form it sends an email to an account with us but when the form is finished it says its ok but no email is recieved. Ive checked the email account and it does recieve emails so it isn't that does anyone have any ideas?

Or at least tell us which component you are using to send the email.
