Since i'm very n00b in domain parking , i have several questions that i might ask to you guys Assume that i 've bought a fresh domain name to be parked , then i developed the website until it gets indexed much in the SE . Is it legal to CloaK/Redirect the each page that has been indexed in the SE to my parked landing page ?

Is it legal...no. Google does a good job at catching this sort of activity. It may work for a short time but then I bet you raked out of the index quickly.

Yes google will delete your indexes but it is legal in terms of traffic requirements of most parking companies. Of course, the search queries must be relevant to your parking keywords.
