.asia Pioneer Program

What do you guys think about the .asia Pioneer Program http://pioneer.domains.asia/index.html ? I personally think it is a really good idea for a new extension and helps stop the sort of thing that happened to .eu . I wonder how they will decide who gets the most competitive names though - best budget/ ideas/ contacts?

I actually saw this by chance when looking at the registry page. Doesn't seem to be promoted very well at the moment. How do you think they can promote this better so some of the right end users can get involved?
