Great domain, truly. Without development, I'd say $5,000 or around the ballpark of it sounds reasonable. I wouldn't let go of it for under $10k, though.

I value the domain at about $700-850 reseller value. It's a solid, generic .org.
The way to market this thing is as a corporate formation resource site (ie. "articles of incorporation"). If you know any large legal firms specializing in business development, you might be able to get some solid XXXX value.

Excellent advices ... I was thinking exactly of the Archive.org site, as well! :gl:
Depending on both traffic and effective, direct marketings to End users ... the findarticles.com and goarticles.com websites come to mind ... it could be worth $2,250 - $2,875+/+ to an End user, IMHO.

In the .ORG, $375 - $468.75+ in a super "Quick Sale" at the Wholesale level ... which may be better fine-tuned knowing actual current and historical traffic stats, etc.
Those seeking appraisal should post as much information - including domain history, traffic, development plans, page rank, precise OVT and Google search request backgrounds, etc. - to best assist those taking their valuable time and lending their diverse experiences in posting appraisals for FREE, IMHO. This onus to provide all requisite information ... is on those who are seeking appraisals for their domains! :talk:
