What type of main keyword density should you aim for in your articles you write for your niche sites 3%, 5% etc.
Also, most niche sites have other articles which explore related topics. Should you aim to include your main keyword in these other articles at this same density level or should you optimize these articles for their new keyword?
For instance, if my site is OCD/Cure/com. My main keyword is "OCD Cure". So, I write an article optimized for the keyword "OCD Cure", but then I write another article called "OCD Medications", where "OCD Medications" would be like a secondary keyword. Should I optimize the "OCD Medications" article for the keyword "OCD Cure", OCD Medications, or both?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm still trying to comprehend all this SEO stuff.
Thanks in advance.
