Custom designed article website/directory. This was completely coded from scratch for this site and took approx. 40 hours in total, a lot of work in coding and designing.

Search engine friendly URL's, Title's and META tags. Check out a page a view the source to see how keywords and descriptions are used in the META tags.

Search engines have already begun to crawl it, and some people have come from search engine results. This site is only a few weeks old, and I just finished it, so a lot of potential here.

Has already made just under $1.00 in AdSense, which isn't much, but impresses me because the site wasn't even finished and it already is getting displayed on search engine results.

I'm not selling this site based on traffic/stats but I have mentioned it because I'm impressed with what it has done in such a little amount of time.

Sorry I took long to reply, but it wasn't emailing me about the updates to the thread.

It's not an auction, so it won't end at any given time.

I believe there are over 23,000 articles.

Note: There is an Administrator Panel where you can approve/delete and edit user submitted entries. Also, when you are logged in you can browse the site and delete/unapprove already approved articles.

If its not an auction, yet your BIN is $700, what is the amount that you're going to settle for or at what time does this...whatever you want to call it end? If you have a certain price in mind it would help to name it, or offer it for sale for a set amount. At least i'd get an idea whether i should bang my head against the wall before i offer you something that is going to be a waste of everyone's time.
In simple terms, i like the site and the opportunities, but i'd like to know what your value perception is.

Also, where is the site hosted, currently used bandwith, etc.?

Thats usually a problem with the way the database outputs punctuation marks such as: (. , / ; ect. Can be fixed with PHP.

Is it $2,000 for the site and script or just the script? Plush how much traffic are you getting?

It's $2,000 for full rights to the script, the name, the domain, everything.

It's getting ~350 a day, a lot of that is from Google/Yahoo indexing, which is a very good thing.
