Article Management Script?

Does anyone know of any free or sub $50 script that handles article management (and already includes a nice template with the script). I'm looking for something similar to http://www.interspire.com/articlelive/?cp=ArticleLive&Site=Hotscripts.

That is a nice script but quite expensive. Virtuanews might work for you although their leased license is $60.
