Looking for a Free FAQ Management script

I am looking for a FAQ or KB Management script, which should be Free / Easy to use / SEO URL / PHP and MySQL based...

I looked at Hotscripts but there are too many to look at, therefore asking here that any one suggest from you own experiance...

I haven't tested but its reviews at hotscripts seem good. Its a bit old script though last updated somewhere in 2005.
