Some time ago we bought the site for our business but our plans were changed and we don't need it now; because of lack of time, we couldn't monetize it well.
It has Adsense sharing plugin and it allows to divide earning money between owner and article submitters, that obviously attracts more users.
It has a lot of submitted articles(more 5000)on different topics, that are waiting for approval, you can just approved them and the directory will become huge. I don't have a time to look at them.
Now it has ~300 uniques/month with no effort, a little bit advertisement and it will grow very fast. Article directory is really big business.
I need to sell fast.
