The script is a pretty secure script to my knowledge and has been active since June. There is also a pretty easy to use Admin Panel that has a bug in it that is deletes the user if you change their details, thus you can just use phpmyadmin or such otherwise this would probably be a very easy to fix bug.
If you purchase you will get the entire site along with the Header and Footer .PSD templates, along with the entire source code and rights to the script that it uses which is Custom along with its Admin Panel that doesn't really work (Screenshots below)

The AdminPanel never came with this script as the entire script is almost modded/custom. The Adminpanel was made by a coder here at Namepros and worked for awhile and now doesn't, due to my horrible knowledge of PHP I can not tell you what is wrong with it. I have gotten an offer of $45.00 via PM and am still looking for some higher offers. Please also remember when giving me a offer that it should be at least around $100.00 because of the fact the custom script costed $60.00 and all the custom work done to it including the artwork etc.

Not sure, This script isn't really related to KoC either. But if you were comparing I think it would be Age 6+ but not sure due to my lack of knowledge of "KoC". This script isn't very old either with no known bugs that I have seen.
