I know in the health classes in our area they do show video images similar to this, its a very scary thought. As for the things on there faces, if you look on the imprint on the photos it says "faces of Meth". Meth addicts typically pick at their face and bodies creating sores on the skin, which is what you see in the images.

That video is quite scary. I saw a show on MTV where people were addicted to Meth and that was really scary too.
