I was looking for a domain and this company http://nameadmininc.com/ owns it but they rent domain names. I wanted to know if the domain names they have are they TM by them?

One of the sources you can use is: http://www.uspto.gov/ (if searching for registered TMs).

What difference does it make to you if a domain that the company owns contains a term that is/is not TM'd by the holding co.?

That really doesn't seem to make too large of a difference to any "renting" decision that I can think of...

you don't know how and why they own this name, thus you can not determine whether it is TM because someone else also has it. The best is still to do your own research.

The .com of the name that I want is parked and the .net no one has it. No one has purchased any of the other domains but the .com.
