Are there requirements for posting in the marketplace?

I've attempted to create two threads in the marketplace (waited for 2 hours after first attempt didn't show up in the forum).

Is there a requirement posted somewhere that I just didn't see? I haven't gotten any denial errors or anything of the sort when attempting to make the threads, I simply just get redirected to the forum I was currently browsing rather than the new thread after I click "create thread".

EDIT: According to my post count I have 3 posts, and same with my profile. I click the links I created (in my profile) yet is gives the error "Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster"
