Are there legal ramifications with RegistrantSearch.com?

Can a company have information on an individual (in this case a list of domain names they own or have owned) and charge them for that information? Are there legal issues here? Do citizens have the right to know what information a company/website has on them?

Looking for responses from those with experience/law professionals.

Thanks for the reply Dave. I think a request to RegistrantSearch.com, from me, for information they have on my domains would go unanswered/quickly denied. I would guess there may be some precedent out there -- I'd also guess the precedent is unrelated to whois information.

Anyway, thanks.

:hi:

Remember that Who Is info is Public Information.

If you use Private Registration then Domain Tools won't
know who you are.

.US domains do not allow privacy.
