Are there any no cost free webhosting scripts out there?

Hey everyone..I'm thinking of starting some sort of free webhosting site. I'm looking for something that allows me to set the max. disk space, maybe have advertisments (or pay for no advertisments), IP blocking, preferably subdomain URLs..etc. Does anyone know of any good free webhosting scripts that are free of charge? Otherwise, would anybody be interested in trading a free webhost script for a different kind of script or possibly a domain or two?? Please post here or PM me
