Do Danish speakers / people in Denmark like domain hacks, and do they hold any value at all for popular search terms / single words?

No. There are no popular examples (or unpopular actually) of domains hacks used in Denmark.

Further we almost exclusively use our ccTLD .dk. Having another extension is a signal that you could not secure the .dk.

Last point. We almost never use English terminology in our domains. Its Danish on .dk and its vanilla. No hacks or clever stuff. Not our style.

Thanks for the response, so sommerh.us has no value at all? I picked it up because it was extremely cheap to register and sommerhus.dk went for over $114k twice and summerhuse.net went for over $1k then a couple more non .dk domains hit above $1k, so figured it was worth the gamble. I'm going to still try to push it but I guess I shouldn't expect much out of it lol

No afraid not. We are 6 million people and the fact there are enough people to sustain even a single secondary market, comes down to the wealth of our country.

And .us is restricted. Few Danish would probably qualify to hold one.
It's already hard enough to sell .us, let alone domain hacks.

Oh yes wanted to post that as well :) TY Kate!

EDIT
Also I need to walk back my comments regarding calling it a sustainable aftermarket. That is somewhat of a stretch. Its more like intermittent sales. An actual aftermarket on .DK domain is in fact prohibited by law. At least from an investor stand point since registration solely for investment purposes are deemed bad faith.
