I am negotiating a price for this one. I am willing to go below its worth as a buyer expressed his interest, like, an hour after I regged the name.

He's not willing to pay that much, I can see that, even though he is an end user. I just want to make sure that the name is not worth more than I think it is.

The domain in the title is masked, remove the first slash and replace second with dot

No appraisal advice from me, but since you're negotiating now, I'd recommend to somehow mask the domain name views/data/king or something similar, as if he searches the domain in Google, this topic will pop up and can potentially hurt you.

Not experienced enough to give appraisals tho.
