domain Appraise this 2 websites please

So... i have http://www.funny-video-clips.net i know the domain is crap but is ranking 1 on msn for: funny video clips and in the first 5 for: video clips, funny video, funny avi,........and a lot more, about 600uniques/day

2nd: NewYorkRestaurants.info curently ranking 4 on msn for: new york restaurants. about 200uniques/day

well video name and site are bad... But if you get that kind of traffic that all can be fixed so I would ask you first do you get clicks on your Google ads.? how much? Now I would say its worth anywhere in XXX if you tell me how much you make at adsence then it would go to X,xxx Max MID X,xxx

as for restaurants i would say mid XXX maybe low X,xxx

You should keep Restautrants and develop it into a nice site take a phone and call restaurants in NY i know there is lot of them.. But if you get 1 in a 100 to advertise on your site you will be happy!

on the restaurants one i get about 3$/day from adsense and on the funny videos one about 4$/day

that's a funny logo on http://www.funny-video-clips.net because of the $$ you are making on the domain name I say low to mid $xx only because of the $$ and it's placement in the search engine.
