Good keywords in this extension are a dime a dozen.

Did you ever hear the saying, "If it looks to good to be true, it probably is"?

I think the extension is brandable with the right idea and development, but as for resell it's just another dead end.

You should know that the .im domains do not have much value in resale market. Most of .im domains are perfect to develop.

It could be a good site of hotels, flights... booking !
about the value of the domain itself the word has a high value but the extension has no value at least at this time !!
maybe if you're planning to hold the domain for a few years !
